Meet the charity insurance team! 

Martin Taylor – Sector Manager.

Martin, has over 9 years insurance experience and prior to working for Endsleigh he worked for a major insurer in an underwriting role.

Since joining Endsleigh in 2003, Martin has gained experience in a number of roles within the department. Notably, Martin has worked closely with the leisure trust sector.

Martin has progressed to his current role as manager of the Charities Team.

Nick Yates – Account Executive.

Nick, an associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years, both with brokers and insurance companies.

Throughout this period he has specialised in the Charity sector gaining unique insight into the needs and market conditions effecting the sector. Nick is now responsible for looking after our larger charities.

Julie Worrall – Commercial Broker. 

Julie, has over 20 years experience in insurance, having begun her career as an underwriter. For nine years she was responsible for underwriting a wide variety of products and schemes.

Julie has been part of the Endsleigh team for over 8 years and during her time with us has taken on many tasks, such as heading up the New Business Team, supervising a team looking after existing customers, and more recently, being responsible for finding appropriate products for charity customers.

In her current role she is an enthusiastic member of the charity team, where she is responsible for looking after existing customers and also helping new customers.

Hayley Baker – Commercial Broker. 

Hayley, has been working  for Endsleigh Business for over five years, managing a wide range of policies, both small and large, on a daily basis.

She is currently working within our committed charity insurance team and is dedicated to taking care of a vast array of customers. Hayley is responsible for handling policy renewals and helping new customers within the charity team..

Tim O'Neill – Assistant Commercial Broker. 

Tim has worked at Endsleigh for over a year and a half, initially starting in the motor internet department dealing with new business enquiries before progressing onto the charities team.

He is responsible for dealing with existing customer renewals, as well as providing small to medium sized charities with quotations to meet their insurance demands and needs.  Tim has recently achieved his Cert CII qualification and is now progressing towards his Diploma qualification.

Tom Newman – Assistant Commercial Broker.

Tom has been with Endsleigh for 16 months after joining as part of our graduate scheme.  After a successful period working in our motor internet department, he progressed into a training role where he trained all new insurance consultants within the business. 

He has been with the Charities team since March 2012 dealing with all new business enquiries and our smaller renewals.  Tom has recently won a place on the Allianz broker scholarship scheme which will see him working towards his diploma CII qualification over the next year.
