Specialist cover for your flats insurance. 

Property damage The insurer will pay for damage to the property as a result of an insured peril such as fire, lightening, explosion, aircraft and theft.
Loss of rent (Optional)  

 

 This is an optional extension which gives you financial protection in the event of your property becoming uninhabitable due to damage by an insured peril. We will pay up to 20% of the buildings sum insured for loss of rent on the property. With this cover in place it means that you will not be out of pocket while the repairs to your property are being made.  
Property owners liability 

 

Property owners liability insurance covers the owner of a building or land in the event of a third party claiming against you for your negligence resulting in injury or property damage. Public liability insurance will also provide protection for any legal fees, costs and expenses incurred, as well as bills for medical treatment that the NHS may choose to file against you. We provide cover as standard at £2m with the option to upgrade if required. 
Employers liability (Optional) 

 

 This cover will enable you to meet the costs for compensation if an employee is injured on your property and takes legal action against you.
